  • Traditional White Vanilla is an old fashion style frosting with a light vanilla flavor. This icing is white in color.

  • Chocolate Butter Cream is buttercream icing mixed with chocolate fudge. This icing is a light brown.

  • Whipped Butter Cream is a combination of butter cream icing and whipped cream to give a light sweet taste with a smooth creamy texture. This icing is pale yellow in color.

  • Raspberry European Butter Cream is a butter meringue icing lightly flavored with wild berry liquor. This icing is pale yellow in color.

  • Fondant is a coked sugar icing. It can be tinted any color and flavor added. This icing is used when a smooth surface is needed.
